Oaken Notes is a privacy-first AI meeting assistant for macOS. It uses Apple Intelligence to record, transcribe, and enhance meeting notes — entirely on-device. There are no cloud servers, no meeting bots joining calls, and no account required.

Unlike Otter.ai, Fireflies, and Granola, Oaken Notes makes zero network calls for AI processing. Every recording, transcript, and AI-generated summary stays on the user's Mac. The App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected." It's privacy by architecture, not just policy.
